Company profile: 6 pages that matter more than dozens of filler pages

Some company profiles open with long pages about vision and mission and end without a single example of work. A good profile lets a client understand within minutes what you offer, for whom, the proof, and how to start working with you.

Company profile: 6 pages that matter more than dozens of filler pages

The six pages that come first

  • Cover: a clear name and one line on what you do, not a list of slogans.
  • What you do: specific services in the buyer's language.
  • Who it's for: the sectors or project types you serve, without claiming clients you haven't worked with.
  • Proof: a real project or approved sample, with the problem and the solution.
  • How you work: short steps from enquiry to delivery, and what you need from the client.
  • Contact: a direct channel and a website link that's clickable in the PDF.

Cut every sentence that doesn't add something checkable. If the company is new, show concept samples clearly labelled as such instead of inventing past work.

Test the profile on someone who doesn't know your business and ask after a minute: what do we do? If they can't answer, the profile needs cutting, not more pages.
